Andrew Mills

Andrew Mills has extensive experience in HR and people strategy. Andrew is currently working as the Head of People Strategy, Projects and Change at BaptistCare NSW & ACT. Prior to this, they served as a People Partner at Ausgrid from 2020 to 2023. Andrew also held positions such as Lead HR Business Partner at DXC Red Rock and Lead - HR Business Partnering at DXC Consulting ANZ. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Global People Operations Manager at Sable37, HR and Organisational Development Consultant at Sebel Furniture, and People, Culture and Safety Manager at Christian Super. Andrew also has experience as a Human Resources Manager at Downer and Downer EDI Rail. Additionally, they worked as a Teacher at TAFE NSW. Andrew's expertise includes driving local business success, implementing people strategies, and developing HR systems and policies.

Andrew Mills attended the University of New South Wales (UNSW) from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on HR/Marketing.
