Jessica Jane Norman

Jessica Jane Norman is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead at BaptistCare NSW & ACT since December 2022, Jessica previously held positions such as Talent Acquisition Partner at Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) and National Recruitment Manager at Australian Foundation For Disability (AFFORD). With a progressive career that began as an Assistant in Nursing at ParaQuad NSW, Jessica has also worked in business development and operations management roles across various companies, including Rush Recruitment Group and Commander Centre. Jessica holds a Certificate III in Business from Train Australia and has academic roots from All Saints Catholic College.
