Tara Robinson

Tara Robinson is a seasoned HR professional with a comprehensive background in human resources management and services. Currently serving as the HR Services Lead for Quality & Compliance at BaptistCare NSW & ACT since August 2021, Tara previously held positions including HR Administration Officer and a variety of roles at Commonwealth Bank from January 2019 to August 2021, such as People Enablement Analyst and HR Advisor. Earlier experience includes working as a Customer Experience Leader at McDonald's and as a Receptionist at Lennox Automotive Repairs. Tara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management and Services from Macquarie University, earned between 2016 and 2019.
