Graham Reed

Graham joined the Baptistcare Board in April 2018.

He became the Chief Executive Officer of LHI Retirement Services in January 2018, having worked in senior executive roles in the aged care sector in South Australia, Queensland and most recently, New South Wales.

With over 30 years of experience in the sector, Graham understands the importance of culture where residents, customers, employees and volunteers genuinely feel valued and appreciated, not necessarily for what they do, but who they are as unique and special individuals created by God.

Graham has qualifications in urban planning and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
