Javed Shaikh

Javed Shaikh is an experienced data and analytics leader currently serving as the Head of Data and Analytics at BaptistCare NSW & ACT since July 2022. In this role, Javed focuses on developing a comprehensive data strategy to drive business outcomes and enhance alignment with the organisation's objectives. Previously, Javed held the position of Reporting and Insights Manager at Blackwoods, where Javed developed strategies for sales reporting and streamlined the report development process. Prior experience includes a tenure at Anglicare Sydney in various roles, culminating as BI, Integration and Applications Manager, where Javed established a comprehensive BI strategy and led teams to support application portfolios. Additional experience includes project management and systems administration roles at Opal Aged Care and Aged Care Plus, alongside earlier roles in customer service. Javed holds multiple degrees in information technology and project management from esteemed institutions such as Federation University Australia and North Maharashtra University.
