Michele O'Day is an experienced professional in injury management and human resources, currently serving as an Injury Management Partner at Baptistcare since July 2009. In this role, Michele acts as the primary contact for managing workplace injuries and processing Worker’s Compensation claims, collaborating with insurers, managers, and healthcare providers to ensure effective case management. Previous positions include Human Resources Business Partner and Injury Management & Human Resources Support Officer at Activ Foundation, Employee Relations Advisor at Rick Hart Seconds, and Store Manager at B Digital Telecommunications. Michele also held various roles at BIG W and the Government Printing Office, contributing to a robust career that began in 1981. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Personal Injury & Disability Insurance Management from North Metropolitan TAFE and Cert IV in Training & Assessing from Royal Life Saving.
