Alexander Volsky

Alexander Volsky, MD, currently serves as the Medical Director and Co-Chief of Anesthesiology at Baptist Health Doctors Hospital, a position held since March 2023 under Anesthesia Associates of Greater Miami (AAGM). In addition, Alexander Volsky is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Anesthesiology at Florida International University - Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine since August 2018. Prior experience includes roles as an Attending Anesthesiologist at Mount Sinai Medical Center from August 2018 to February 2023, and as a Resident Physician in Anesthesiology at the University of Illinois Hospital & Health Sciences System from July 2015 to June 2018. Earlier in the career, Alexander Volsky completed an internship in General Surgery at UF Health Jacksonville from July 2014 to June 2015. Education includes a Doctor of Medicine degree from Florida International University - Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine (2009-2014), a BA in History, Medicine, and Health Policy from Duke University (2003-2007), and a high school diploma from Belen Jesuit Preparatory School (1996-2003).
