Barry Katzen

Barry Katzen, MD, serves as the Chief Medical Innovation Officer at Baptist Health, a position held since October 1987. Additionally, Barry Katzen is the Founder and Chief Medical Executive of the Miami Cardiac and Vascular Institute, where leadership of a multidisciplinary integrated cardiac and vascular program is provided, characterized as a "hospital within a hospital." Barry Katzen's medical education was obtained from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, culminating in a Medical Doctor degree, with previous studies at Emory University.
