Kristi Bayne

Kristi Bayne is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Director of HR Employee Communications and Organizational Effectiveness at Baptist Health South Florida since March 2017. In this role, Kristi leads the development and implementation of workforce communication strategies that engage employees and foster community across the organization. Previous experience includes directing employee communications and events at Kaplan University, where Kristi managed a comprehensive internal communications strategy and supported key executives. Prior roles also include Manager of Corporate Communications at Norwegian Cruise Line, where Kristi worked closely with executive management on internal culture programs, and other positions in communications and event management at Peace Software and The Sports Authority. Kristi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
