Siju George serves as the Lead Medical Physicist at Baptist Health since November 2016, with significant contributions to the Baptist Cancer Care Satellite Centers of the Miami Cancer Institute. Responsibilities include leading medical physics initiatives and initiating programs such as SRS, SRT, HDR, and Adaptive RT, as well as standardizing quality assurance in the photon division. In addition to this role, Siju also works as an Assistant Professor at Florida International University’s Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine. Prior experience includes positions at South Florida Radiation Oncology, Northwest Community Healthcare, Franciscan Alliance, Inc., and e+CancerCare, where Siju implemented various treatment planning systems and clinical support programs. Siju holds a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Management, a PhD in Physics, a Master of Science in Medical Physics, and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Radiologic Technology.
