Tatiana Schrader

Tatiana Schrader is an experienced professional in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as the Director of Talent Management and Development at Baptist Health South Florida since April 2011. In this role, Tatiana creates and leads system-wide talent and leadership strategies that align with organizational goals and designs the Talent Review process. Prior positions include Sr. Leadership and Organization Development Consultant at Baptist Health and Sr. Learning and Development Consultant at Vistaprint. Additionally, Tatiana has held roles such as Organization Development Specialist at PTC and International Services Representative at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, demonstrating a diverse background in project management and international student support.
