Tony Sowers

Tony Sowers is an experienced professional with a strong background in philanthropy, sales, and youth engagement. Currently serving as the Director of the Grateful Patient Program at Baptist Health South Florida since July 2007, Sowers develops strategies to cultivate philanthropy across multiple healthcare facilities and empowers staff to share patient narratives. Previous roles include managing corporate sales initiatives and leading donor engagement efforts within the Founders Society, achieving significant fundraising goals. Sowers also brings experience in youth ministry and sales, having directed community service programs and excelled in sales performance at Allstate. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Administration/Management from Barry University.
