Kathleen Finley, PHR, CHHR is currently the Regional Human Resources Manager at Baptist Health System KY & IN. Previously, Kathleen worked as the Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager at Central Florida Kidney Centers, Inc. Kathleen also served as a Human Resources Coordinator at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment. Kathleen holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Development from Nova Southeastern University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Miami.
