Tracy Phillips

Tracy Phillips, DNP, RN, NE-BC, has extensive experience in nursing and healthcare leadership. Currently retired from Baptist Health System KY & IN, Tracy served as Director of Patient Safety at Baptist Health Paducah and holds a position as Adjunct Faculty at the University of Southern Indiana, instructing a post-graduate online class in the Nursing program. Tracy's previous roles include Nurse Researcher at Baptist Health Paducah, where assistance with institutional and clinical research was provided, and Director of Nursing at Jackson Purchase Medical Associates, focusing on data analysis and quality measures. Additionally, Tracy directed operations at the Pulmonary/Telemetry Unit at Baptist Health Paducah, overseeing a 31-bed acute care unit and achieving recognition for quality care. Early in the career, Tracy served as Surgery Director at Livingston Hospital Inc. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Nursing in Leadership and Management from the University of Southern Indiana and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Murray State University.
