Swapnil Tripathi is an Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of New Delhi. They have gained experience in various legal roles, including as a Senior Associate Fellow at Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy, an Associate at Khaitan & Co, and as a Teaching Assistant to Prof. I.P. Massey. Swapnil has also served as the Editor In Chief, Executive Editor, and Senior Content Editor at the Indian Journal of Legal Theory. They hold a Bachelor of Laws degree from National Law University, Jodhpur and are currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Law at the University of Oxford.
