April Fyke

April Fyke has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as General Manager at Bar Louie since August 2015, after previously holding the position of FOH Manager. Prior to this role, April worked as Assistant General Manager at The Wing Dome from September 2011 to April 2015 and gained experience as a Waitress/Bartender at Buffalo Wild Wings from June 2003 to August 2011. April holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, obtained between 2004 and 2009, and completed studies at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition from 2018 to 2019.
