Bar Louie
Brandon Hillis has extensive experience in both the hospitality and interior design industries. Currently serving as the General Manager at Bar Louie since September 2009, Brandon is responsible for managing liquor, wine, and beer orders, crafting unique cocktails, and overseeing cash handling. Previous roles include intern at S&K Interiors, where responsibilities included organizing client documents and conducting consultations, and lead designer positions at SOHA and Sauce On The Side, focusing on client consultations and custom designs. Brandon also served as a manager at Applebee's, developing training materials and managing employee schedules. Brandon holds a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from The Art Institute of Pittsburgh-Online Division.
