Jack Reed

Jack Reed is an experienced operations leader in the restaurant industry, currently serving as the Ops Leader at Bar Louie since August 2024. Prior roles include Division President at Steak n Shake from May 2022 to January 2025 and Executive Vice President at Jalapeno Tree Holdings LLC from July 2020 to June 2022. Jack has also held the position of Market Manager at Portillo's from October 2016 to July 2020 and was Director of Operations at Z'Tejas Southwestern Grill and Taco Guild from June 2011 to August 2016. Jack Reed earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of New Haven, attending from January 1987 to January 1991.
