Idan Weinman

Idan Weinman is an experienced software development professional with a focus on algorithmic trading applications and infrastructures. Currently serving as Software Development Team Lead and Senior Software Engineer at Barak Capital since August 2020, Idan specializes in creating innovative solutions for complex business challenges in a high-frequency trading environment. Previously, Idan held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Meteo-Logic, where responsibilities included the development and management of an Algo-Trading Engine and integration with various trading APIs. Additional experience includes roles at Microsoft in Azure Security Center, Deep Instinct in developing a Java-based asynchronous server for cyber-security, and Allot Communications in creating a multithreaded HTTP Video Cache Server. Idan Weinman holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Business Administration from Tel Aviv University and is currently pursuing MSc courses in Computer Science at The Open University of Israel.
