Saeed Abduljabbar, FMVA, CME-1

Saeed Abduljabbar has worked in various companies, including Urban Stays as a Co-Founder, where they raised SAR 500K in a Seed investment round and generated SAR +700K in gross revenue during the first fiscal year. Saeed also worked as an Operation Engineer at SABIC from 2018 to 2021 and as a Scholarship Holder from 2013 to 2018. Abdualjabbar's most recent position was as a Finance Manager at Gathern | جاذرإن. Saeed was responsible for overseeing all finance activities in the organization, including company valuation analysis using different financial modelling methodologies such as DCF and comparable analysis, and fundraising management. Currently, they work for Baraka (YC S21) as a Business Development Manager, where they offer advice to the product development team and manages Arabic content across its social media platforms. Moreover, Abduljabbar is responsible for developing exclusive in-app and web articles for educational and awareness purposes.

Saeed Abduljabbar, FMVA, CME-1 received a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Birmingham, where they attended from 2015 to 2018. Before that, they completed a Foundation degree in Engineering at the same university from 2014 to 2015. Additionally, they have earned several certifications in the finance field, such as the Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst, DCF Valuation Modeling, and Comparable Valuation Analysis, all from Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI). Saeed also has a certification in Valuation Fundamentals from AMT Training and completed a Financial Markets course from Coursera in 2020. Finally, Abduljabbar completed an Introduction to Securities & Investment (International) certification from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI) in May 2023.
