Aditya Prasad Annavarapu possesses a diverse background in technical support and functional analysis, currently serving as a Functional Analyst at Barakat Group of Companies since June 2021, focusing on D365 SCM, D365 Retail, and D365 LCS management support. Prior experience includes various roles at Dell International Services India Private Limited from 2015 to 2020, where Aditya progressed from Client Tech Support Associate to Senior Technician in technical support. Experience also includes positions as Technical Associate and Process Associate at Genpact from 2011 to 2015, and as a Process Associate at Wipro Limited. Aditya holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Bharathiya Vidya Bhavans Vivekananda College of Science, Humanities & Commerce, completed in 2011.
