Franziska Hailfinger

Franziska Hailfinger has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Franziska began their career in 2014 as a Duale Studentin Bachelor of Arts BWL-Handel at Decathlon Deutschland, where they worked until September 2017. In 2017, Franziska joined SOLCOM GmbH as a Recruiting Specialist and gradually rose through the ranks, serving as a Recruiting Manager from October 2018 to January 2020, Active Sourcing Manager from February 2020 to June 2021, and finally as the Teamleiterin Active Sourcing from July 2021 to March 2022. Currently, they are working for Baral Geohaus-Consulting AG, starting as an HR Managerin from April 2022 and subsequently becoming the Leiterin HR from July 2023.

Franziska Hailfinger completed their Abitur from Friedrich-Schiller-Gymnasium Pfullingen from 2005 to 2014. Later, they attended Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) from 2014 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in BWL-Handel.
