Yohai Taran

Yohai Taran currently serves as the Vice President of Business Development at Baran Group since September 2025. Prior to this role, Taran held various positions at Enlight Renewable Energy Ltd (ENLT) from 2020 to November 2025, including Director of Business Development and Head of Business Development & Sales. Experience also includes roles at WeWork as Site Manager and Head of Sales and Business Development from 2018 to 2020, and a legal internship in the Economic Department of the Israeli Ministry of Justice from 2016 to 2017. Between January 2014 and March 2016, Taran was Operations Manager at Noble Energy. In the early career, Taran worked as a Research and Development Assistant in the School of Psychology at IDC Herzliya from 2013 to 2015 and served as a Captain Combat Commander in a Special Unit of the Israel Defense Forces from 2006 to 2011. Taran holds an LLB from Reichman University and an Associate's degree from the Israel Association for Psychotherapy, in addition to a B.A. in Diplomacy and Strategy from Reichman University.
