Robert Tilearcio possesses extensive legal experience, particularly in immigration law and community outreach. Currently serving as a 9/11 Community Affairs Outreach representative at Barasch & McGarry since June 2018, Robert is dedicated to assisting individuals affected by toxic exposure related to the 9/11 attacks by facilitating access to the 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund and the World Trade Center Health Program. Prior roles include immigration paralegal positions at Satterlee Stephens LLP and Wildes & Weinberg, where Robert managed various visa applications and labor certifications.
