Brook Butler

Brook started her coffee career in Sumner, WA as a barista/coffee director. Now, she’s taking classes through SCA to become certified in the coffee skills program (CSP) & coffee technician program (CTP). Brook’s goal is to learn as much as she can about the coffee industry including roasting, which she started doing in 2020 at Roasterworks.
