Jesse Johnston

Support Specialist at Baratza

Jesse joined the team in early 2022 after years of working in almost every stage of the coffee supply chain. Prior to Baratza, he worked with cafes in Seattle training baristas and roasted coffee for a few years in Texas. At the start of Covid, Jesse offered virtual home barista classes for coffee enthusiasts and is committed to making coffee resources accessible. As a customer support specialist, Jesse is passionate about connecting to the customer and giving them the tools they need for success.
