Niclas Fallah

Customer Support Coordinator at Baratza

n April 2022, Niclas joined Baratza as Customer Support Coordinator for Europe. He works closely with their American and European support teams to deliver world-class service in Europe. Niclas comes to Baratza with several years of customer support and team leadership experience. Prior to joining Baratza, Niclas was a team leader for a specialty coffee appliance support project. In this role, he discovered his passion for specialty coffee and is delighted to share his knowledge and love for coffee with Baratza customers.
