Noel Martinez

Noel Martinez is a skilled intelligence professional with extensive experience in the defense sector. Currently serving as a SOCOM Senior Field Service Engineer at Barbaricum since November 2023, Noel is the primary expert in intelligence training and workflow optimization for Naval Special Warfare units on the East Coast. Previously, as an Intelligence Global Field Service Engineer at VICTOR42 from March to November 2023, Noel provided strategic intelligence support to SOCOM’s global operations, specializing in bridging strategic insights with operational execution. With a foundational career in the US Navy from April 2015 to May 2023, Noel excelled as a Defense Strategic Debriefer and All Source Intelligence Professional, recognized for exceptional collaboration in joint operational environments. Noel is currently pursuing a Master of Information and Data Science at UC Berkeley, building on a Bachelor's degree in Data Science from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
