Tony Welsh Ma

Tony Welsh MA, MSc. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and operations research. Since March 2006, Tony has served as President of Barbecana Inc., where the company successfully launched Full Monte, a Microsoft Project add-in for schedule and cost risk analysis, in February 2012. Prior to this role, Tony was Chairman at Welcom (now Deltek) from December 1983 to March 2006, overseeing the development of key project scheduling and earned value management software. Tony began a career in operations research as an Analyst at ICI Paints from 1967 to 1971. Academically, Tony holds a Master of Arts in Physics from the University of Oxford and a Master of Science in Operations Research from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
