Niki Sims has a vast experience in the fitness industry, working with various companies such as Barbell Logic, Atlanta Barbell, SF Iron, and Anthropos Performance. Niki is a certified Starting Strength Coach, specializing in instructing clients on proper barbell lifts and helping them achieve strength and performance goals. Niki also has experience as a Co-Owner/Trainer and Educator at lululemon athletica. Niki holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from The University of New Mexico.
