Matt Johnson has over two decades of experience in quality management, process engineering, and operations. Matt has held various managerial positions in reputable companies such as Barber-Nichols Inc. and Sargent Controls & Aerospace. Matt has a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Arizona. Matt's responsibilities have included strategic direction for quality management systems, deployment of Lean Six Sigma initiatives, compliance with regulations and customer requirements, as well as leading teams of engineers for aftermarket services and new product development. Throughout their career, Matt has demonstrated a commitment to continual improvement and excellence in operations.
