Ben Raynor

Ben Raynor is a Customer Experience professional with nearly 20 years of management experience in Cinema and the Arts. Currently serving as Operations Manager in the Audience Experience Department at the Barbican Centre, Ben was previously a General Manager for Cineworld Cinemas at the Ilford Cinema. They have held significant roles, including opening the first IMAX cinema in Nigeria as General Manager for Filmhouse Cinemas Ltd and contributing as a consultant since 2014. Ben is dedicated to enhancing customer journeys and ensuring that both colleagues and customers have positive experiences.
