Amber Shytles

Amber Shytles is a skilled accounting professional with extensive experience in managing financial operations across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Accountant at Barbour Orthopaedics & Spine since February 2025, Amber has previously held senior accountant roles at Park Springs Communities and Burge & Associates, PC, where responsibilities included preparing financial statements and providing analysis for inventory management and budgeting. Prior experience includes serving as an Account Manager at The Swan Center for Plastic Surgery, overseeing accounts payable and financial reporting, and a Program Coordinator role at the YMCA of Greater Williamson County, managing a substantial afterschool program. Amber holds a Master's degree in Accountancy and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Mercer University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from St. Edward's University.
