Erin Pracher is an experienced professional in the field of developmental services, currently serving as the Director of Quality Resources at BARC Developmental Services since May 2021. Prior to this role, Erin held multiple positions at Delta Community Supports from September 2011 to May 2021, including State Director of PA Community Living, State Director of New Jersey Services, Associate Director, Project Director, and Residential Manager. Erin's career began at Melmark, where responsibilities included serving as a Special Education Teacher from August 2006 to November 2010. Erin holds a Master's degree in Special Education and Teaching from SUNY Albany (2005-2006) and a Bachelor's degree in Childhood Education and Special Education from SUNY Cortland (2001-2005).

BARC Developmental Services is a non-profit agency in Bucks County, which offers programs and services to men, women and children with intellectual disabilities and Autism. Our programs include: Early Intervention for children from birth to five years of age Residential programs that support adults in various living arrangements Vocational Services, which offer training, employment and income to two production facilities and through the Joint Opportunites for Business and Society (J.O.B.S.) program Additionally, BARC Developmental Services offers a Seniors program for the older adult of retirement age who wishes to remain active, and a full day adult Daycare program for adults who are not ready for a work production setting and are in need of services that are more intensive.
