Kathy Rancourt is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in organizational development and volunteer management. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at BARC Developmental Services since 2007, Kathy has previously held the position of Human Resources Generalist within the same organization. Prior to BARC, Kathy worked as the Supervisor of Volunteers at Vita Education Services from 1997 to 2006. Kathy Rancourt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education/Social Science from The Sage Colleges - Russell Sage College and a Master of Science in Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Western Connecticut State University.

BARC Developmental Services is a non-profit agency in Bucks County, which offers programs and services to men, women and children with intellectual disabilities and Autism. Our programs include: Early Intervention for children from birth to five years of age Residential programs that support adults in various living arrangements Vocational Services, which offer training, employment and income to two production facilities and through the Joint Opportunites for Business and Society (J.O.B.S.) program Additionally, BARC Developmental Services offers a Seniors program for the older adult of retirement age who wishes to remain active, and a full day adult Daycare program for adults who are not ready for a work production setting and are in need of services that are more intensive.
