Gus Prakash

Gus Prakash is an accomplished professional in monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President at BARC India since July 2023, Gus previously held the position of Director - Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning at Habitat for Humanity India from June 2022 to June 2023. Prior roles also include Head of Monitoring and Evaluation at NEERMAN, where project execution and proposal writing for diverse research clients were emphasized, and earlier positions at BARC India, Plan_India, and Project Concern International, where significant contributions were made to gender vulnerability indexing, sustainable development tracking, and the implementation of effective M&E methodologies. Gus holds a Master’s degree in Demography and Population Studies from Annamalai University and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Osmania University.
