Miha Kline

Miha Kline is a seasoned professional in soccer operations with extensive experience in recruitment and player development. Currently serving as the Director of Recruiting & Soccer Operations at Barca Residency Academy since June 2017, Kline previously held the role of Director of Recruiting & Business Development at Grande Sports Academy from April 2012 to June 2017. Earlier experience includes an internship at Major League Soccer, where Kline contributed to competition planning and youth development strategies, as well as roles at IMG Academy and Puma Peak Performance Soccer Academy, focusing on sports management and operations. Kline's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Sports Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor's Degree in Management from the University of Ljubljana.
