Antonio J. Peña

Antonio J. Peña is a leading researcher and group manager at the Barcelona Supercomputing Center, where Antonio J. has been active since September 2015, overseeing the "Accelerators and Communications for HPC" team and managing the BSC/UPC NVIDIA GPU Center of Excellence. In addition to their role at the supercomputing center, Antonio holds a teaching position at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, focusing on laboratory sessions for the Computer Structure subject. Antonio has contributed significantly to the SC Conference Series in various leadership roles, including communications liaison and technical program vice-chair. Prior experience includes a postdoctoral appointment at Argonne National Laboratory and involvement in multiple research projects, such as the rCUDA framework.
