Amanda Hesser

Amanda Hesser is a seasoned entrepreneur and influential figure in the food industry, currently serving as a Board Member for Barcelona Wine Bar and holding multiple leadership roles at Food52, including Founder and Executive Chair. Hesser is also the Executive Chair and Co-CEO of Dansk and Schoolhouse, and an investor with First Close Partners. Hesser's previous experience includes a significant tenure at The New York Times as a Columnist and Food Reporter, as well as membership on The President's Commission on White House Fellowships. Hesser's academic background includes a BS in Economics/Finance from Bentley University and a Graduate Diploma in Cooking from Ecole de Cuisine Lavarenne.
