Drew McConnell

Drew McConnell has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Starting in 2006 with Darden, they held various roles such as New Restaurant Opening Trainer, Restaurant Manager, and General Manager. In 2015, Drew joined Barcelona Wine Bar as AGM and later became the General Manager. They then progressed to Senior Brand Manager and Director of Brand Marketing before assuming the role of Creative Director in December 2022. In 2020, Drew also co-created Conserva.

Drew McConnell completed the Wine and Spirits Education Trust, Level 3 Award in Wines (With Merit) at the Capital Wine School in Washington D.C. in 2017. Prior to this, Drew also obtained the Wine and Spirits Education Trust, Level 2 Award in Wines & Spirits (With Distinction) from the same school in 2017. There is no information regarding Drew's education at Oakland University. Additionally, Drew holds certifications such as the Court of Master Sommeliers, Certified Level 1 and the Certified Sherry Wine Specialist (CSWS).
