Jamie Ferro is an experienced hospitality professional with a focus on training and operational management in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as the Field Training Manager at Barcelona Wine Bar since May 2017, Jamie supports remote teams, develops training initiatives, and assists with new location openings. Previously, Jamie held the position of General Manager, managing a high-volume store in Charlotte, and served as Assistant General Manager/Beverage Manager at a Nashville location, enhancing its beverage program. Jamie's prior experience includes an Assistant General Manager role at Del Frisco's Restaurant Group, managing operations of a large steakhouse, as well as serving and training positions at Chicago Cut Steakhouse and Shula's Steakhouse. Education includes attendance at Indiana University-Northwest.
