Juan Rivera

Juan Rivera has extensive experience in the culinary industry, with their most recent role being the Director of Culinary Operations at Barcelona Wine Bar. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Culinary at Boca Restaurant Group, where they were responsible for overseeing menu engineering, kitchen design, hiring, and staff development. Juan also served as the Corporate Chef at FIG & OLIVE and the Senior Executive Chef at Barcelona Wine Bar. Juan has held various leadership positions, such as Corporate Chef at Southern Proper Hospitality Group and Senior Executive Chef at Barcelona Wine Bar & Restaurant, where they were involved in the development of BOH teams, training of new chefs, and menu development across multiple locations. Juan has also worked as a Corporate Trainer at Richard Sandoval Hospitality and as an Executive Sous Chef at Farmers Restaurant Group and Central Michel Richard.
