José Del Moral is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of BCN Talent Logistics since January 2022, José has focused on delivering high-quality standards in talent solutions for both enterprises and professionals. Prior experience includes key roles at Kuehne + Nagel from July 2006 to August 2021, where José held positions such as Talent Acquisition Manager for Western Europe and Spain, as well as Area HR Manager. José's career in talent management began at Inditex from March 2002 to 2006 as a Talent Management Specialist. José holds a degree in Psychology, majoring in Human Resources and Human Resources Development from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, earned between 1997 and 2001.
