Alex Zapata, MBA, is a Senior Finance Associate at Barclay Group, where Alex oversees the underwriting of transaction volumes across various asset classes and assists in closing real estate deals with different lenders. With previous experience at Franklin Street as a Senior Financial Analyst and at Churchill Stateside Group as an Investment Analyst, Alex has a strong background in financial analysis and valuation. Alex obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Florida State University and their MBA in Finance from the University of South Florida.
