As Chair of the Academy for Venue Safety and Security with the International Association of Venue Managers, Joe emphasizes the importance of safety and operational excellence. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at Usdan Center for the Creative & Performing Arts and Executive Vice President and Deputy Director for Operations at The National September 11 Memorial & Museum.
