Amanda Joy Ryles is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in senior leadership roles within prominent financial institutions. Currently serving as Managing Director at Barclays since July 2020, Amanda has held significant positions including VP & Director of Tax Accounting, Policy & Strategy at TD Securities USA and Senior Vice President of Income Tax at PNC Financial Services Group, where oversight included a team of 15-20 managing federal, state, and international compliance. Previous roles include Senior Manager positions at Grant Thornton LLP and MedImmune, Financial Analysis Director at Freddie Mac, and Tax Manager at PwC's Financial Services Group.
