Amjad Gani is an experienced professional in the field of agile coaching and business agility, currently serving as Vice President of Agility Standards at Barclays since March 2025 and as CEO & Chief Product Officer at SequetricS Limited since July 2022. Amjad has held various leadership positions, including Director of Business Agility at AG Business Agility Consulting Ltd and Agile Coach roles at prestigious organizations such as London Stock Exchange, J.P. Morgan, and Morgan Stanley. With an educational background that includes an MBA from the University of Bradford, an MSc in Embedded Systems Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai, Amjad is equipped with a strong foundation to drive organizational agility and product innovation.
