Antonia Cowdry

Antonia Cowdry is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leading human resources for major financial institutions. Currently serving as HR Director for Barclays UK since April 2020, Antonia previously held various senior HR roles at Deutsche Bank from November 1998 to March 2020, including Global Head of HR for the Corporate and Investment Bank, Global Head of HR for Infrastructure, and managing director of Human Resources. Antonia's earlier career includes consulting roles at Smythe Dorward Lambert London and Accenture, specializing in financial services and change management. Antonia holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Birmingham.
