Ashwathy Nair

Ashwathy Nair is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within the human resources domain. Currently serving as a People Advisory Partner at Barclays since July 2024, Ashwathy previously held the position of HR Business Partner at Randstad Enterprise from July 2021 to June 2024, where responsibilities included developing HR strategies and managing employee relations issues. Prior to that, Ashwathy worked at Randstad RiseSmart India from December 2015 to June 2021, taking on roles as a Human Resources Generalist and Talent Acquisition Specialist, focusing on end-to-end recruitment for diverse technical positions. Early career experience includes working as an International Recruiter at iPlace India from June 2014 to June 2015, conducting comprehensive interviews for various companies. Ashwathy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from Maharashtra Institute of Technology and a PGDBM in Human Resources from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning.
