Casey Kobi

Casey Kobi is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in investment banking law. Currently serving as the Managing Director and Global Head of Investment Banking Legal at Barclays since November 2017, Kobi previously held leadership roles including Americas Head of Banking Legal and Director of IBD Legal. Prior to joining Barclays, Kobi was a Vice President in IBD Legal at Lehman Brothers, providing counsel to M&A and ECM Investment Banking. Kobi also gained valuable experience as an Associate at Sidley Austin LLP, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (JD) from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
